App cues on Teams Mobile

Good news for contact center and inbound teams: the Queues app is now available on Microsoft Teams mobile, on iOS and Android.
Microsoft is thus continuing its mobility strategy, offering agents and supervisors the possibility of managing call queues directly from their phones, wherever they may be.

A natural extension of the Queues app on cell phones

Until now, queue management via the Queues app has been primarily focused on the desktop experience. With this new evolution, key functionalities arrive in the Teams mobile app, without compromising on governance, security or existing administration rules.

This new feature is part of the Microsoft 365 roadmap under ID 559386 and is designed to meet the needs of modern, hybrid and mobile environments.

Availability and license requirements

βœ… General availability (Worldwide)
Deployment will begin in mid-May 2026 and continue until the end of May 2026 on iOS and Android.

  • Microsoft Teams Phone
  • Microsoft Teams Premium

βœ… No specific administrative action is required to activate the Queues app on mobile: the experience is activated automatically for eligible users.
