CyberGate is designed to simplify the integration of your SIP video intercom with Microsoft Teams. Here are some of the key features:
- Two-way audio and video: Teams users can answer incoming video intercom calls on their Teams desktop client, Teams-enabled desk phone or Teams mobile app. They can also open the door for visitors directly from Teams.
- Online purchase and activation: CyberGate is available on Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace, making it easy for Teams users with an M365 Business or Enterprise license to purchase and activate online.
- No additional hardware required: With CyberGate, there’s no need for an SBC, direct routing, telephone system, operator connection or additional Teams licenses.
- Remote door opening: Use the dedicated “Open door” button in Teams to open a door or gate remotely.
- Individual or group calls: Call individual Teams users or set up group names to call several users simultaneously.
- Call recording: Audio and video call recording function available as an option.
