Why use the Teams queuing application?
The Teams queuing application offers a host of advanced features to simplify and automate the management of your queues.
Here are some of the key features:
Queue management: Administrators can now delegate authorized users (leads or supervisors) to manage and configure queues and auto attendants directly from the Teams client.
Authorized users can configure queues and auto-attendants from the call settings, and manage agent registration via the Queues application.
Real-time metrics: Real-time metrics include number of calls waiting, average waiting time, longest waiting time, and more.
The analytical report shows queue activity from midnight, the local time of the logged-in user.
Historical reports: View historical metrics for queues, auto attendant and agent actions.
Historical reports cover up to the last 27 days.
