Who is 2N?
Founded in 1991 in Prague, 2N started out as a telecommunications company before becoming a major player in the IP intercom market. In 2008, it revolutionized the sector with the launch of the first IP intercom, the 2N Helios IP Vario, which marked a turning point in access management and secure communication.
In 2016, 2N was acquired by Axis Communications, a Swedish company specializing in security and video surveillance solutions. This takeover enabled 2N to benefit from Axis’ resources and network, while retaining its identity and expertise in IP intercoms.
Effortless integration
Thanks to this certification, 2N intercoms can now be connected directly to Microsoft Teams, without the need for third-party hardware or software. This means that Teams users can answer calls from 2N intercoms as if they were a normal call, whether on their computer, cell phone or compatible office phone. What’s more, they can unlock doors remotely via the Teams keypad, offering even greater flexibility and security.

All you need is 2N OS version 2.46.1 or higher, plus a lifetime Microsoft Teams license per intercom and for SIP Audio products.
