The new queuing application in Teams, which I told you about in a previous article –” HERE, will be available next month and as expected, it will be included in the Microsoft Teams Premium license! As you can see below, it’s now part of the Teams Premium license details.
I look forward to testing this feature and sharing my opinion with you. As soon as the queue management application is available, I’ll try to demonstrate it in a video on my YouTube channel.
