Feature very requested by our customers, the management of automated menus (Auto Attendant) and queues (Call Queue) by users.
To adapt to changing environments, users will now be able to make adjustments to the greetings and announcements in their call queue/auto standard.
This is needed more frequently than the IT help desk can usually handle.
Microsoft introduces the possibility for users to modify the AA/CQ greetings. Now, authorized users, as identified by Office365 tenant administrators, will be able to edit greetings and announcements for their respective call queues and auto-attendant without leaving the Teams client.
This functionality is planned for April 2023.
