With the new hybrid meeting experience that Microsoft announced in January of this year, called Microsoft Front Row (see here), Microsoft is reinventing the way people collaborate in online meetings for rooms of 8 people or less. This experience allows people in the room to look at each other, but more importantly, to look at people at a distance.
Afterwards, I found this article on Pocket-lint, where Microsoft got a 120 inch 4k TV made because they think that within 5-10 years it will be the standard.
It’s very beautiful, but it must be very expensive and will not be affordable for everyone. To reduce costs why not an ultra short throw projector instead!
In any case I can’t wait to deploy such a room for a client!
