However, Microsoft has announced that support for these devices will end on September 3, 2025<\/b>. Teams displays<\/strong> are dedicated all-in-one devices featuring an ambient touchscreen.
\nThey bring together favorite Teams features (conversations, meetings, calls, calendar and files) in a single device.

  3. Personalization<\/strong>: Users can customize the background and leave notes on the lock screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Why the End of Support?<\/h4>\n

    The end of support means that Microsoft will no longer provide software updates or security patches for Teams Displays after September 2025. This may pose long-term security and compatibility problems. <\/p>\n

      What are the alternatives?<\/h4>\n

      If you’re using these devices for your open-plan or hybrid spaces, I’d advise you to opt for an Android desktop phone in Hotdesk<\/strong> mode.
      \nHowever, if you’re using these devices at the entrance to your business as a virtual receptionist, you’ll need to install an Android phone and use the Hotline<\/strong> function. <\/p>\n

      Personal note<\/h4>\n

      Given the limited number of deployments of these screens among my customers, I can fully understand Microsoft’s decision to end support for them.
      \nThis change may also influence companies’ adoption decisions. <\/p>\n
