This version provides the following reports:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The<strong> Auto Attendant<\/strong> Report displays analyses for incoming calls to your auto attendants.<\/li>\n<li>The Call <strong>Queue<\/strong> Report displays analyses for incoming calls in your call queues.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Agent Timeline<\/strong> report displays a chronological view of the agents active in the calls in the queue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These reports use data from the <strong>Voice Applications Analytics Collector<\/strong> (VAAC) service.<\/p>\n<p>Version 3.0.7 corrects errors in the agent timeline when call minutes were greater than 9.  <\/p>\n<h4>Installation<\/h4>\n<p>In order to install the AA, QC and Agent Timeline historical reports, follow these steps. The following steps assume that you already have Power BI Desktop installed on your computer and that your account has the necessary permissions to access CQD data.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download and save the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/download\/details.aspx?id=104623\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teams Auto Attendant &amp; Call Queue Historical Reports V3.0.7.zip<\/a> archive.<\/li>\n<li>Extract the archive to your computer.<\/li>\n<li>Open the <strong>Teams Auto Attendant &amp; Call Queue Historical Reports V3.0.7.pbit<\/strong> template file. with the <strong>Power BI Desktop<\/strong> client.<\/li>\n<li>You will be prompted to select the data source.
