For professional services, press 2&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Until now, this kind of scenario could quickly become frustrating.<br \/>With this new feature, you can navigate the voice menu directly from Teams, speak with the expert privately to provide context, and then bring them into the meeting once they&#8217;re ready to participate.  <\/p>\n<div>After making its way through the OCS, Lync, Skype for Business, and now Teams generations, this feature is one of those that always seemed to remain on customers\u2019 wish lists. Please also note that this feature is not supported in <strong>events<\/strong>, <strong>webinars<\/strong>, or <strong>Town Halls<\/strong>. <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>The DTMF keypad is available only during the consultation call.
