The aim: to deliver a smoother, more responsive experience during meetings and calls. <\/p><div><div><h4>What&#8217;s new?<\/h4><p>A new dedicated process, <strong>ms-teams_modulehost.exe<\/strong>, will be introduced. It will handle calls and meetings separately from the main <g id=\"gid_1\">ms-teams.exe<\/g> process. This separation allows :  <\/p><ul><li>Better use of system resources.<\/li><li>Significantly improved call and meeting performance.<\/li><li>Increased stability with no impact on user interface or workflows.<\/li><\/ul><div><h4>Deployment?<\/h4><p>The final date will be communicated by Microsoft <strong>by mid to late January 2026<\/strong>.
